Enrico Cestaro
An architect born in Treviso and raised in Montebelluna. The industrial city in north-eastern Italy is surrounded by cities such as Venice, Treviso and Padua. A home region rich in history, art, architecture and nature, Enrico decided to study architecture in Venice. The closeness of his origins and his childhood memories of picking grapes in a small family business of a friend, later riding a motorbike over the hills of Valdobbiadene and visiting the wine cellars with his family, led him to become the founder of Biberio.
Simone Zeffin
Three-dimensional infrastructure designer, born in Due Carrare, a village at the foot of the Euganean Hills in the province of Padua, Veneto. Simone has spent summers with his grandparents on their farm since he was a child, helping them in the production of vegetables and wine. From them he inherited the dedication to work, the attention to genuine things and good wine. Wine that in addition to an alcoholic beverage, is history and an expression of the passion of winemakers.
In 2014 he moved to Zurich for a work experience that was to be a year, but finding himself very well he decided to stay there, but retaining his identity. The nature, the mountains and the water of the lake are reminiscent of the typical landscapes of the place of origin.
Driven by the pleasure of drinking a good glass of wine in company, the love for the region and the numerous visits to the cellars with his friends, he became together with Enrico the founder of Biberio.
